Extraordinary Outcome

We have stepped into the investment for the first time with little experience and knowledge. We had been looking into the area for some time but loosing the opportunities despite being prepared which was of course frustrating to us. It was not easy for us to travel down almost 200 kms two ways with kids just to inspect the property with fruitless result. This is when my wife thought to liaise with the Real Estate directly about the list of properties they were selling and got this opportunity to have a chat with Holly. In our experience, we found Holly really professional, ready to listen and offer opportunities with options, open for questions and always available. I believe we had a constant chat with Holy for about two weeks or so which we found really impressive and decided to meet her regarding this properly. It was a Saturday afternoon when she was waiting for us because we were late but the day when we met her and became aware about her patience, skills and knowledges, we decided not to turn away at all. We had so many questions which she did not mind to answer at all. I think she had a family event to attend on the day but she did not mind taking us around the property to show everything - "SORRY HOLLY, WE TOOK TOO MUCH OF YOUR TIME THAT DAY". She is a person with wealth of knowledge, knows the business well and knows how to take care of clients in terms of what they are looking for. I am confident that she can go extra mile to help any interested buyers and wants to see them grow with their investments. Tuggerah Realty must have great work ethics and culture among the staffs where no one would turn unhappy. We highly recommend Holly and this real estate.

Professionalism & Efficiency

“Four days before I left for a seven week European trip I made an offer on a property that was being sold through Tuggerah Realty, Glenn was the salesman at this property. The offer was accepted, which meant that we had two working days to get this organised. Glenn and his wonderful team made it happen, they had the paperwork sorted, communicated with the conveyancer and kept me informed via email of every step along the way. Settlement occurred while I was traveling, then within 4 days of my return, Tuggerah Realty had secured a tenant who was moving into the property. Glenn and his team had made this entire process very painless and easy.

Tried to give you 5 stars on your website but could not do it. Please take this note as a 5 star rating. As a purchaser, lessor and vendor I found Tuggerah Realty to be on the ball and always working to ensure value for the customer.
