Being a local through and through, I have grown up on the Coast for over 50 years now and raised a family on the Central Coast. I have watched the Central Coast expand to the magnificent place it is now and have listed and sold properties from all ends of the Central Coast. Honesty is a very big part of our agency and because of the rapport we have, a lot of our listings are from word of mouth, repeat business and our reputation in achieving the best possible price for our owners. 

I try to give back to the community as much as possible by sponsoring local schools, raising money with the biggest morning tea, involving myself in fun-raising events and donating when possible.

I started at Tuggerah Realty in a receptionist role at the age of 18 after observing the business my entire life. Tuggerah Realty is a family run and operated business which has allowed me to grow up with an understanding of real estate. This was very helpful during 2016 when I completed my real estate course and found myself in the family business full time. I have since gone on to create a father daughter sales team that combines my understanding of the younger generation entering the market and my fathers extensive knowledge of the industry and our local community. I have brought our agency into the age of social media and digital technology, expanding the way we promote both our business and our listings.

After building a reputation for his problem-solving skills and attention to detail in the automotive industry, Chris transitioned into property management, where he applies his technical expertise to ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of residential and commercial properties. Known for his practical approach, reliability, and dedication to tenant satisfaction, Chris now combines his mechanical knowledge with strong organizational skills to provide efficient, cost-effective property solutions.
